The craniovertebral angle (CVA). Adhesive marker placement locations at the C7 spinous process and the tragus of the ear. A line is constructed between the two markers, and then a horizontal line is drawn through the C7 marker; angle A is the CVA. This method has excellent examiner reliability [16,17].
