SMT - spinal manipulative therapy; LM - light massage; CGH - cervicogenic headache.
*Outcomes are presented for the 12- and 24-week follow-ups, as well as for the full profile averaged across all follow-ups (4 to 24 weeks). Adjusted mean differences are presented for comparisons of treatments for both 8 and 16 treatment sessions, and for comparison of doses for both SMT and LM. Analysis was conducted as in Table 2. The largest treatment effects of SMT are noted for 16 sessions.
†Modified Von Korff scale (scored from 0 to 100 points with lower score preferable). The pain scale is the primary outcome.
