Download both zipped files... soap1b.zip and soap-be.zip create a new directory for them and open them into the same directory. Now you need to attach the files in the soap-be (back end) to the front end database, soap1b.mdb. If you maximize the chiro6 dat... window and go to the tables tab you will see a list of tables we will use to maintain the patients' data. The program, (the front end database... chiro6.mdb) will need to be told where the data is. to do this.. select... tools...AddIns...LinkedTableManager a list of all of the tables are presented, just select ALL then it will ask you where they are located, select the soap-be.mdb file in the directory you created earlier. When I double clicked it, the program updated all of the files... and let me know that they were successfully attached. Your application should now be ready to play with. Click on the FORMS tab and double click the startup form. You will need to enter in a couple of new patients to play with it, and then enter what ever sentence fragments you want to make your own style, and SOAPs. Please keep in touch, and let me know of any changes/additions you would like to see. If you work up a bunch of fragments which work well for you, perhaps you would be willing to share them with others. Thanks jgarolis@chiro.org
